Food makes the travelling experience more interesting and in some way it helps you understand a lot about the country, its preferences and its dislikes regarding all types of food . Whenever I am abroad, I like to try all types of food, starting from the traditional ones and ending with the modern or personalized recipes. And I think I am not the only one who finds pleasure in trying new foods every single day. However, I will talk about albanian traditional food another time. For now, let's start with a story about the best pizza in Tirana...PROPER PIZZA !

Proper Pizza is a business that deals with the manufacture, sale and distribution of pizzas and dates from 2002. Mixed with an italian and german style, Proper Pizza is the favorite pizza for albanians and especially for those who live in Tirana because it's widespread all around the town and because of the quality and uniqueness. They say that " Our final product is composed of freshly made dough on daily basis, from the tomato sauce enriched with the mixture of spices and cheese, which gives a special flavor and taste that makes our name Proper."

In every Proper Pizza place you will find yourself comfortable and meanwhile you can see the staff preparing the pizza in front of your eyes with the greatest passion . What I like about this place, besides pizza of course is the costumer service. Sometimes in some restaurants in Tirana it's difficult to "cope" with the waiters but at Proper is way different.

However, I prefer to take my delicious pizza at home and I can enjoy a good movie while eating it. Delivery is free. :)
