In the previous article, I talked about Bunker 1944 and to continue with the series of the best bars in Tirana, now it's Charl's time. Located in the heart of Blloku, Charl's is one of the most popular bars in Tirana. Originally, the bar was an old villa which later was turned into a fine bar attracting lots of locals and tourists. Its interior and decor is inspired by the '60-'80s. Once you enter in this bar, you will spot some features and pictures that resemble those years.
During the week, Charl's is a cozy place to go to drink a coffe, to grab a beer with friends or to enjoy a delicious meal. But on weekends, this bar transforms itself into a vivid place for nightlife lovers and crazy fans of rock music .On these nights, famous albanian singers and bands perform until morning for the public. The atmosphere is so moving and full of energy, you will see people dancing, singing and shaking their heads in every corner. Charl's sometimes is so crowded that you can hardly find a place to sit so I would suggest you to make a reservation before going there.
Furthermore, without doubt I would rate the costumer service as excellent. The waiters are very friendly, don't hesitate to talk with them if something disturbs you because they will try to give you the best time possible once you are there. Also, Charl's is very famous for its cocktails and drinks so you should simply Drink To That!
