Hidden places for drinks in Yerevan

Yerevan is a lovely and cozy city, where you can spend an excellent vacation. It's a combination of old and new. In Yerevan, you can find both cultural-historical places to visit, as well as sites where you can have a lot of fun. When we talk about fun, one of the first things that comes to our mind is probably an evening gathering with friends, in places where you can have some drinks and great music. In this article, I will share with you some hidden places for drinks in Yerevan.

Green Dragon Distillery

Green Dragon Distillery is a great place for evening gatherings. It's on my list of hidden places because you cannot find any sign on the street that will direct you to this Distillery. In order to access the Green dragon distillery, you have to enter the Enoteca wine bar & shop, and to go downstairs. People usually do not know about this place, that's why there you can see people who are really curious about finding hidden places. It is worth to see it because, besides good music and wonderful atmosphere, you can also find a homemade vodka with different flavors such as lemon, basil, plums, nuts, cornel and many other fruits, that you would never think vodka could be made of.

The Kond house

The Kond house is located in one of the oldest and the shortest streets of Yerevan-Leo. This street is in the city center, but it's not crowded at all. There is only one spot that is always crowded and is always full of "crazy" young people, and that's the Kond house. I even do not know how to name this place because it’s not a pub, not a club and not a restaurant. It’s just one of the oldest houses of Kond, that was later transformed into an awesome place for people to gather, to enjoy delicious food, nice music and drinks.

Jean-Paul existential cafe

Jean-Paul existential cafe is another much-liked place located in the center of Yerevan. Again, being an awesome place for drinks and nice evenings, it brings together many interesting people. I would say that the name of this place itself talks about the atmosphere present there. In general, this is an old apartment transformed into a cafe. Winters are even nicer here because of the fireplace. Often, the owners also organize some events, information on which is always available on their website.

Simona

Last but not least, I want to tell you about Simona. Behind this nice name, there is not less nice place, that is one of the most attended ones among those who know how to spend quality time. In Simona, like in all the above-mentioned places, you can have different drinks: cocktails, vodka, beer and shots, that are very popular in Armenia.
