Description
The Rocky Monastery in Tsypovo is one of the most popular touristic attractions of Moldova among the foreign tourists and, at the same time, the largest rock monastery in Central Europe. It is located near the equally famous gorge of the Tsypovo landscape reserve. The monastery was founded in the VI century on the banks of the Dniester River, near the village of Tsypovo.
