You pay by weight and trust me, you will fill up your plate! I first saw this concept in Prague where I couldn’t stop coming to this vegetarian buffet restaurant and I was hoping that something like this would come to Amsterdam. All the dishes at Spirit are homemade, organic and created with love. No bullshit, no chemicals, just pure food that you will love
