Description
In the Zarate Restaurant the most important thing is the raw material with which we work. All our fish are brought directly from ports such as Lekeitio and Ondarroa to work and make our select and innovative dishes, but always respecting all the traditional flavor. Our staff is highly qualified and Sergio Ortiz de Zarate, Chef of the restaurant, demands them in the same way that he demands himself, so that everything is in its exact point.
