Description

The museum has a permanent set of archaeological, local, literary and art collections. It depicts archaeological material from the Stone Age, the Sarmatian, the Avar and the Middle Ages. Visitors can also see art and literary work related to Bačka Topola. There is a library of the Imre Harkai architect and a memorial dedicated to the doctor Janoš, Dr. Hadžija and the writer Ferenc Totu. The museum has a permanent exhibition of archaeological, local history, literary and fine art. Exhibitors can gain insight into the materials of the archeological sites of the ancient, Sarmatian, Avar and Middle Ages of the area as well as the work of our fine artists and literary trades. They can get dr. Imre Harkai's library of architects and get acquainted with dr. János Hadzsy doctor and writer Ferenc Tóth, ethnographic research memorial room.
