Boutique Hotel Ventura opened in March 2009. The only hotel in Bulgaria with its own micro-brewery, located meters from the seashore, near the center of Varna. The hotel is dignified as "BUILDING OF THE YEAR" in category "URBAN HOTELS" for 2009 and "BOUTIQUE HOTEL" for 2010 by the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association! The complex consists of a hotel part with two adjoining restaurants - restaurant Ventura, bar-club Gallery and microbrewery. The hotel part satisfies the taste of the strict business guest. Each of the 14 rooms offers all amenities in its 38-square-floor luxury. The rooms are spacious and finished in an elegant classic style combined with unique comfort and warmth, making them the perfect place for your vacation, business trip or just relaxing weekend. Attraction for Ventura Hotel Complex is also its own microbrewery for the production of "live" beer with the trademark "Galahar", which is available in the restaurant of the hotel. The Ventura Restaurant has 100 seatings distributed in three differently decorated halls. The Galahar Hall to the restaurant is a favorite place for beer lovers and beer grills. In Classical Classic you will enjoy specially selected dishes from the European cuisine, with a glass of good wine from Bulgaria, Old and New World! The lobby-style Parisian Café-style lobby is where you can enjoy aromatic coffee, a generous breakfast and a morning newspaper. The highest point in the complex is the Bar-Club Gallery. Here on 400 sq.m. demonstratingly dominates a space in the so- Art Nouveau. Bar Club Gallery is a day and night club and offers a unique ballroom space that can be transformed from a night bar for 100 people to a dining hall for 160 people, a presentation spot with seats up to 160 people or a place for up to 220 people. So far, the Gallery has hosted a variety of cultural events: seminars and company trainings, presentation of various kinds of products and services, reviews, exhibitions, weddings, personal holidays, concerts - pop, rock, jazz, classical music, piano.
