The cuisine is Mediterranean and the pizza, of course, is in the strictest Neapolitan tradition: read the history of pizza Margherita. The restaurant is part of the "True Pizza Neapolitan Association".  "Restaurant with pizza service" from the unique setting halfway between the vivacity of Neapolitan landscapes and the New York pop in an explosion of colors and lights that fascinates and welcomes a very varied clientele ("the best of Turin!" On the walls giant reproductions of pizza ingredients, Neapolitan amulets, the motto of the house "FROM ALWAYS WITH HANDS IN PASTA" and slogans created by Piero Chiambretti as: "TELEVISION IS A PIZZA, CHOOSE THE COOK!".
