Church of Nykøbing Mors

Description

Nykoebing Church was built in 1891 in new Gothic style. With its 43 metr copper steeple, the church is a most visible landmark for the town. The altar piece and decoration of the chancel are the work of August Jerndorf. The altar picture was painted in 1892 and is called 'Jesus Comforts'. Local citizens were the models.
