The company takes its name from Pietro Paolo Floriani, a Knight of Malta, military and theatrical engineer of the seventeenth century, known for having designed the city walls of Floriana in Malta and author of the famous book "Diffesa et Offense of Squares", ancestor of the family still residing in the manor house. In the historic residence is guarded an ancient private archive, counted among the richest and most interesting of the Marches. It located just 2 km. from the center of Macerata and overlooking the river Potenza Valley, the organic farm run and stop hunting, it extends the panoramic hill of Montanello. The company mainly olive, produces extra virgin olive oil quality from native and 1995 is completed with the reception activities in the renovated facilities surrounded by an ancient park.
