Our story We at Urban Foodie thought Hawaii is a little too far away. So we decided to take the first restaurant in Hamburg who brought the poke [Poh-Keh] bowl to you. One year later we opened our own U | F Poké Bar. All of our fish is responsibly-sourced and sustainably caught (line & pole caught tuna, salmon from Norway's fjords) and we eat our chicken from a local free range farm. We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure the highest quality of vegetables, fruits and other toppings - to give you the best poke experience possible.
