Sangkhlaburi is a small town in the middle of thickly forested, wild area, most of which belongs to Khao Laem National Park. The culture here is as much Burmese and tribal Mon as Thai. It is completely off the tourist radar, despite a large amount of attractions. © Istock/blanscape
