Opened in 1998, Parraxaxá has been elected several times by Veja Magazine as the best regional cuisine restaurant in Recife, and has become a reference in regional cuisine in the city, winning the local public, artists and tourists who visit Recife. Decorated in the same way as the houses in the hinterland, with exposed brick and a quince stick, rustic furniture and clay pots, Parraxaxá rescues the traditional Northeastern cooking tradition.
