The new restaurant Me | Mu opens 1 June 2017 in new exclusive premises in the basement Torvegade 9D, V.ejle Focus on wine, gastronomy and service. The guest's experience is at the center and the food is cooked with great care and the wines are carefully selected. We only use raw materials of the highest quality, well helped by modern technology and know how. At Me | Mu, the pure taste and fresh ingredients are at the center. We serve flavors that challenge and enrich in an exclusive setting. The fresh produce is the focal point of the meal at Me | Mu. The food is a fusion of modern know how and traditional techniques. It is food where the taste is at the center and where the season is reflected in the form of color and mood. The commodities are delivered by a crowd of selected suppliers who have uncompromising access to quality. Jens from Nørup makes cheese and butter, Jakob brings the fresh catch of the day straight from the auction in Hanstholm. Steen delivers high-quality meat and poultry and Troels passes by morning with crispy crackling vegetables, freshly caught spices and sweet ripe berries - people all breathe and live for the good taste like us. The food on Me | Mu is intense with a pure expression and sensory impression, waking up all the senses.
