At Restaurant MANGAL we have one goal: to redefine the understanding of Turkish cuisine in Scandinavia. We will do that by changing the concept and way of eating Turkish food. We have taken the warmth and diversity of Istanbul and combined these with the raw and unspoilt atmosphere in the Meat City. All in all, it creates a brand new and warm dining experience in Copenhagen. At Restaurant MANGAL, we combine old classic recipes and techniques with modern versions inspired by Scandinavia "Mangal" means "to grill" in Turkish, and most of our dishes are naturally grilled. It gives an authentic taste and will bring associations to a traditional Turkish food experience. It is essential for us to create a complete conceptual experience. That's why we have created unique Turkish cocktails that are perfect for the menu, and we only serve Turkish wines.
