Portmoneum Museum

Description

Portmoneum Museum- painted by Josef Vachal who was a very talented painter and author. It was in the 1920s that Vachal started with his abstracted wall paintings, which are truly difficult to describe and depict, and portray his believes, opinions and ideology. The Portmoneum Museum got its name back in 1924, which originates from Vacahl’s novel called “Bloody Novel”. It was only in 1993 that the museum opened its doors for the first time.
