BW Malmö Arena Hotel is a modern event and business hotel in the best location in Hyllie with a direct connection into Malmö Arena. This means that the hotel can arrange conferences for anywhere between 5 and 14,000 people. On the other side of the street we have the Malmö fair - the largest exhibition center in Malmö. Our cloudy SKAJ is on floor 16 and has its own restaurant in the entrance hall. The sky bar can be used as a banquet hall and conference room. The hotel consists of 295 rooms. One room type is about 15 sqm and a little larger room is about 18 sqm. The larger rooms are located in the high-rise building consisting of 15 floors with views of western Malmö and Copenhagen.   The rooms are decorated with wooden floors and comfortable beds from Hilding Anders for the highest possible comfort. The bathrooms are fully tiled with shower. The BW Malmö Arena Hotel is in the three-star segment, which means a comfortable simplicity at a good price. Restaurant Nilsson's entrance hall seats 150 people - open for guests and the public. At the bar you can sit and work and only have a cup of coffee if desired. Along the entire long side facing Hyllie Boulevard there is a long window table so you can see the crowd of people outside while enjoying the tranquility inside the hotel.
