In line with Beaumarly establishments ... The dining room is mineral, transparent, punctuated by sculpted rooms, fluid and intimate. A la carte, a cuisine of the inventive world and great classics of the terroir revisited. Designed and directed by Dominique Jakob and Brendan McFarlane, the Georges is futuristic and surreal, flexible and geometric, true to the avant-garde spirit of the Center Georges Pompidou. Inside the restaurant, the Pink Bar, a Vodka bar nestled in an alcove, offers original and surprising cocktails.
