Jensens Bøfhus is a Danish restoration chain with pub restaurants in three countries: Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Palle Skov Jensen opened the first restaurant in the center of Århus in 1984 (under the name of Bøf Espanã). In the following years, Palle Skov Jensen bought a handful of restaurants, and in 1990 he streamlined the concept and gave all the restaurants the name of Jensen's Bøfhus. Since then several restaurants have come to. Today, Jensens Bøfhus has 46 restaurants, all of which work from the same concept of good steaks at a price that everyone can join.
