Cook'in Café is the project of Angélique Grosjean, professional dynamic of the restaurant which opens at the beginning of November in Saint-Malo, a restaurant / concept store with a refined and warm frame. For decoration, she has been surrounded by the advice of Elise Buanic (Forma Design) inspired by Scandinavian design trends. From 8 in the morning to taste, treat yourself to a healthy and tasty cuisine prepared by Angèle and her Roman chef. They favor local producers and organic products. In the morning, breakfast or coffee in the tradition of coffee-shop with Lomatea tea, healty juice and homemade pastries. For lunch, Angèle and Romain have developed daily specials and a varied menu, soups of seasonal vegetables, au gratin, salty and sweet crumble and detox juice.
