The first thing you notice is that the building really is as pretty as it looks in the pictures and the welcome you get from the staff right through to the complimentary pot of tea and slice of cake, puts you instantly at ease. There are 14, individually designed rooms ranging from standard manor rooms right through to giant suites, with all the usual touches you would imagine from an independently run country house hotel, such as Molton Brown toiletries, fresh fruit and lovely fluffy bath robes (there are even mini versions for the children!). If you are able to make the time to indulge in one of the many spa treatments available in the dedicated Zento room, you will be rewarded by being even more relaxed than you could ever have imagined and in exactly the right mood to enjoy a lovely candle lit dinner in the stunning dining room where Boscundle's head chef offers a daily changing, 3 course table d'hôte menu for £25.00 and a seasonal à la carte menu consisting of mouth watering, individually priced seasonal delights. Children are welcome at Boscundle Manor, who are able to enjoy the pools and hot tub as well as the scrumptious early supper menu.
