A few years ago, we, the Cecchini-Bernini Family, moved from our house “Casa al Prato“ in Lamole to Via XX Luglio in the village of Panzano. After settling happily into our new life in our “Villa“, we then decided to expand our happy home with an annex, and we are now able to proudly present our Bed and Breakfast “Rosso del Chianti “ to you. “Rosso del Chianti“, surrounded by a quiet and extensive garden, offers you a simply wonderful view across the valley to the hills of Chianti. The accommodation comprises double rooms with a generous double-bed, and each with its own bathroom ( shower, bidet, and w.c.). We are also happy to offer you, on request, our typical Chianti breakfast, where the local products, such as Marina’s much-loved ricotta cake, which she bakes the evening before, meet with much enthusiasm – a tasty way to start the day ! Let us tell you a little more about what you can expect from our/your Bed and Breakfast stay…. In a little living-room or “salotto“as we call it, you can browse through various magazines and brochures to gather any necessary information for planning your trips and adventures throughout Chianti. And we, of course, are always close at hand to help you fill in the gaps, and provide you with that special, local“insider- information“. For example …. A tour perhaps, to the destinations of your choice, accompanied by one of the top tourist-guides that we regularly use. A wine-discovery trip,or a guided tour through pretty little “borgo’s“and villages. And then there is a step back through time for those who wish to discover the Chianti of the Middle-Ages with its castle ruins and old churches – Just a few of many popular possibilities. We must not forget one aspect for which our wonderful Toscana is world-famous – la cucina ! You can take part in a cookery-course, organized by us, which is guaranteed to give you a lot of fun and pleasure, not to mention the culinary knowledge to take home as a souvenir with which to spoil your friends. We would also be delighted to set up a tasteing-buffet for you in our lovely garden, decked with traditional dishes, and accompanied by our various Chianti wines – an enchanting opportunity for you to reminisce your day and watch the stars come out…..
