Description
Beaux-Arts Mons, or the BAM, is a cultural space located in the Belgian city of Mons. This is the new name of the Museum of Fine Arts of Mons following the completion of its restoration since early 2007. The history of this museum began in 1885 when a Montois named Henry Glépin bequeathed his fortune to the city of Mons asking in exchange that it build a museum to accommodate its various collections of porcelain and faience. The building was completed in 1913.
