Art Kaarisilta

Description

Gallery Art Kaarisilta started its work at Sanomatalo in Helsinki in February 2009. The gallery will make artists who need special support equally known to other artists. Most of the exhibitions in the gallery showcases the production of artists with special needs, such as people with intellectual disabilities and long-term illnesses. The gallery space is also rented to other individuals and communities. Art Kaarisiltaa is run by the Kaarisilta Association in Nastola, which offers cultural and day-to-day work and professional training in the field of visual arts and music for people with special needs.
