23. Art goes Kapakka is celebrated from 17 to 26 August 2017 Let the art come near! The most interesting restaurants in the city have the most intense atmosphere, with a plethora of artists on the stage. Program coverage is complemented by Tsiigaa art exhibitions, Maista food series and a new series of discussions that will be launched on Tuesday, August 8th.
