The 130th Quarter, Irkutsk

Description

Known as Irkutsk Sloboda and located in the city center, the 130th Quarter is a specially created zone of the Irkutsk historic development. Along with some outstanding monuments of the city’s history and architecture, you can also find here a number of vibrant boutiques, artist’s shops, and restaurants with local and international cuisine.
