The region is not very touristy, but still, you will find some pretty villages, with nice churches and picturesque centers to visit. The most known Roman Catholic church is in Murska Sobota, one of the biggest cities of the region. Murska Sobota lies on Pannonian plain, a flat landscape with stunning surroundings. Once there, just do not miss the Blagus lake.
