Baden-Württemberg is a state in Germany, second most popular after Bavaria, located in the southwest, east of the Upper Rhine that borders France on the west....

It is Germany’s third-largest state in terms of size and population. The state’s capital and largest city is Stuttgart, home to the Wilhelma, a royal estate with a zoo and gardens. Porsche and Mercedes-Benz have established their headquarters and museums in this city. Hohenzollern Castle, built in the 19th century, is located south of the Swabian Alps.The Land has many other tourist attractions, including the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), the Lake Constance (Bodensee), the Swabian Alb (Schwäbische Alb), the Danube and some historic towns such as Baden-Baden, Konstanz, Heidelberg, Freiburg and in Brisgau, Tübingen and Ulm. The landscapes are very diverse, from the vast forests to the monumental lakes and rivers of the Land.
