The county of Sisak-Moslavina is located in the eastern center of Croatia, bordering Bosnia-Herzegovina on the south....

The capital of the county is located on two rivers, Save and Kupa. The city of Sisak has plenty of old bridges. The city was Roman then Ottoman, so there is a mix of culture and lots of monuments. The most impressive one is the fortress of the city. The county has plenty of Catholic and orthodox churches and cathedrals. On the west of the county you will find the Natural Park of Lonjsko Polje, part of the UNESCO programme. This park is a highly significant place for the european union as it preserves several flora and birds species. There is also the Odaransko Polje Park, a beautiful place with rivers, lakes and forests.
